Vital Signs
Luther K. Snow is a developer, facilitator, writer, trainer, and a speaker who specializes in asset-based development. He served as director of the Congregational Asset Mapping Project for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and has had 25 years experience in both rural communities and inner-city neighborhoods, working with every aspect of the faith community. Luther graduated from Harvard College with honors and has a MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is the author of several publications on community building: Community Transformation: Turning Threats into Opportunities and The Organization of Hope: A Workbook for Rural Asset-Based Community Development. As the keynote speaker for this event, Luther will focus on his newest book: The Power of Asset Mapping: How Your Congregation Can Act on its Assets. We welcome Luther Snow as our keynote speaker. We look forward to his wisdom and to his practical and helpful information and strategies that will help to strengthen the programs of Christian eduation in our local churches.
